Mahanakorn University On-Site Dormitory would like to request rooms for only freshman-year students. Details of the room will as per below:
  • 20 square meters area for a room.
  • Including a water heater, an air-conditioner, a closet, a deskand one single bed.
  • The electricity bill will be 6 Baht/kWh
  • The water bill, the price will be 18Baht/kWh.
The university dormitory also provides a kitchen for students to use and share with flatmates. The kitchen consists of a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove and a sink that students in the dorm can access and cook.
  • The price per room is 5,500 Baht/month. (6 months contract)
  • The deposit is 4,000 Baht (Refundable once moved out)
  • A keycard deposit is required as 100 Baht per card (Refundable once keycard is returned)
