Terms & Conditions
The PR Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding communication skills, leadership potential, positive attitude, and a strong commitment to representing MAHANAKORN University of Technology International College (MUTIC).
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must:
Successfully satisfy all admission requirements of MUTIC.
Complete all required admission procedures and submit all supporting documents.
Successfully complete the interview and selection process prior to the commencement of the first semester of enrollment at MUTIC.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership potential, creativity, confidence, and public engagement abilities.
Be willing to actively participate in university activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee scholarship selection.
Scholarship benefits
Scholarship awards of up to THB 200,000.
Scholarship values may vary according to the applicant’s qualifications, interview performance, scholarship availability, and annual allocation.
Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis and are subject to annual review.
Scholarship recipient responsibilities
Recipients are expected to serve as student representatives and actively contribute to the university community.
Scholarship recipients may be requested to participate in activities including, but not limited to:
Open House events
Educational exhibitions and recruitment fairs
School visits and outreach activities
Student ambassador programs
Marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Social media content creation
Photography, videography, interviews, testimonials, and publicity materials
Official university ceremonies and special projects
Other university-related activities as reasonably assigned by MUTIC
Recipients are expected to maintain professionalism, positive conduct, and cooperation throughout their scholarship period.
Participation requirements
Recipients may be absent from assigned scholarship activities for a maximum of two (2) occasions per academic year, provided that reasonable justification is submitted and approved by the university in advance.
Failure to participate in more than two assigned activities without prior approval may result in scholarship review, reduction, suspension, or termination at the discretion of the university.
Scholarship renewal
To remain eligible for scholarship renewal, recipients must:
Remain enrolled as a full-time student.
Maintain satisfactory academic progress and academic standing.
Continue fulfilling scholarship responsibilities.
Comply with university regulations, policies, and codes of conduct.
Maintain behavior that positively reflects the values and reputation of MUTIC.
Scholarship continuation is reviewed annually and is not guaranteed.
Scholarship suspension or termination
The university reserves the right to reduce, suspend, revoke, or terminate the scholarship if the recipient:
Provides false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
Violates university regulations, disciplinary policies, or codes of conduct.
Engages in conduct that may damage the reputation, interests, or image of MUTIC or MAHANAKORN University of Technology.
Fails to maintain satisfactory academic progress.
Repeatedly fails to fulfil scholarship obligations.
Exceeds the permitted number of absences from assigned scholarship activities.
Withdraws, transfers, takes leave of absence, or ceases active enrollment.
Publicity consent
By accepting the scholarship, recipients consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, academic program, photographs, videos, interviews, testimonials, and related content for educational, marketing, recruitment, public relations, and promotional purposes by MUTIC and MAHANAKORN University of Technology without additional compensation.
Final decision
All scholarship awards, scholarship values, renewals, suspensions, and terminations are subject to the review and approval of MUTIC.
The decision of the Scholarship Selection Committee and the Marketing Department shall be final and binding.
